Help with Boost problem, and error code please..

I have recently installed a new Hose that runs from the intercooler to the intake manifold. A while after I installed it i started getting an error code.."17536 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Mult): System too Lean" Ive searched and it seems this error code coresponds with either a maf problem, or a vacum line. Also, now when im running full throttle, ill stay at my stock 9 lbs of boost, untill I hit about 4500 rpm and then my boost slowly falls to about 6-7-psi. Is this normal?? Also, does anyone know what my error code might be a result of..i would assum i might have a leak in the hose i bought. Any ideas or suggestions would be awsome. Thanks.

Can be bad plugs or a maf that is going bad.

When I got that code I also had minimal boost. Fix was relace vac line to the BPV
