Need help with a code! Code 17536

Lately the car has been stalling when starting, and seems to take forever for boost to build. I can give it gas when it is about to stall and that usually works, but I have to sit and wait till it warms up. When its warm it runs fine, just doesnt build boost as fast.
The car is a 98 1.8T stage 3 with the usual supporting mods..
