Default HELP! Can't get rear caliper off

Hey audi gods,
I'm trying to change my rear brake pads and rotors on my '00 A4 Quattro. I'm having problems with getting my back passenger caliper off. the same wheel i wrote a post on about how i would hit the brakes and it would make a thump thump noise just like when u slam on your brakes and the abs would take over. i found out the problem, my rotors are warped/bad. I'm going by directions from my Haynes and i'm going by "Repair Brake Pads/Rotors/System Bleed (A4)" tech article.
I don't have the parking brake on. I've read on here you should have the car in "D" aka drive? I have the car in park. I don't see how that would matter because when i had the car up i forgot to loosen the lug nuts and the wheel was free flowing around. I loosened the two bolts on the caliper and pulled them out. So the caliper should come right off, right?? Well it's not. I've used brake cleaner, hammer and a screwdriver and still it won't come off. Any suggestions PLEAZZZZE?! I did a search on forums and the only think i've found is somebody said about to align bolts on the back that will release the pads. I can't find them on mine.
Yes im the guy that nothings easy for me. Maybe I should just stick to detailing cars and not being a mechanic.

Default It should just pull right off unless there's a warped section of rotor under it. In that case

I'd try and rotate the rotor until the caliper comes off. I'd also make doubly sure that the parking brake is actually disengaged.

Default The E-brake is all the way down and was never pulled up plus...

i read a post saying to to put the key in and hold the brake down and put the car in N. i did that and no help. i also pumped the brake hoping it would release it. no luck. i put more brake cleaner on it. my friend who's alot more experienced is coming over to help.

Default the rotor won't rotate. i tried turning it both ways. can i remove the rotor with the caliper on?

meaning then maybe the caliper will release. I think the cylinder is in all the way and it's not giving no room for the caliper to come off.

No, the caliper is holding the rotor in place.

Default brake cleaner will not free it up. it will actually make it stick more imo... try prying the pad

away from the rotor. depending on how long the cars been siting rust might be holding it tight.. it just sounds to me like the ebrake is engaged... make sure the cables and arms for the ebrake move freely.

if the car is on a decent lift or held at 4 corners by correctly positioned jack stands and you are sure the car will not move under any circumstance.... start tthe thing up put it in gear and brake the pads off the rotor that way. if you think the rears are grinding then the ebrake is definatly your suspect!
