Default Help... clutch question again

Just got my 01 1.8TQMSPX 2 days ago. Haven't driven a stick for more than 10 years. When I learn how to drive, I drove a stick for 3 months. Anyway, I asked this question yesterday, but did not get very much response.

When I depress the clutch, do I really have to push it all the way to the floor? With the way I am sitted and the position of my legs (I don't seat all the way back nor like a grandma/pa.), I need to stretch my foot about 1/4-1/2" more to really fully depress the cluth. Find it very hard, coz' my leg is almost straight at this point. Please advice. Thanks.

No you don't have to push the clutch all the way in.

Default NO you dont. A lot of people go buy dead stops.

They buy the dead stops to get rid of all the excess space till the clutch starts to activate. By the way, I want a dead stop or clutch stop. Where can I get one?THANKS!
