Default Help with flywheel...kind of long

I just got a stage 3 clutch and LWFW installed. The car was great when I first got it, but now it's making some noise. The mechanic who put it in was an VW specialist, and I watched him do some of the clutch. Basically he didn't put loctite on the bolts. I asked him when he was putting the pressure plate back on if he used loctite on the flywheel bolts because I know that aluminum can warp and shake them loose. He said "no, you don't need it, I tightend them down to 250 ft-lbs of torque" I read somewhere they should be tightened to only like 88 ft-lbs. Now when my RPMs hit 3000 something is vibrating, or "resonating" in my engine. The problem is that I got this done in Virginia, and now I'm in Colorado so I can't just take it into to him. What should I do?? And is it definetly the flywheel coming loose??? I don't wanna spend another 400 bucks just to have someone fix it.

Yeah, I guess you could call it that, I can't feel the vibration, it kind of sounds like a dirt bike
