Spark was determined by the spark plug in the coil park arching to the valve cover , and fuel there is plenty in the fuel rail
Why not pull out the fuel rail and see if the injectors actually spit out something while cranking. The ECU should have a cold start map which doesn't rely on a lot of sensors. Check for power to injectors and fuses too. Check also that all your grounds are connected such as the ones behind the coolant tank.
If wet, then among other things, check to make sure you didn't switch wiring to coils. It should be difficult to do since the way they are bundled.

Just a sanity check, I'm assuming you didn't take off the cams. But if you did, is the intake cam timing ok also?
