Help...Problems

3 New issues...
Every time I turn steering wheel there is a rubbing noise ...quite loud
At idle, rpms play up and down 750 to 1k....realy annoying
Rust! A 3 year old car with rust! Drivers side under the plastic lowers!!!!Does warrantee/maintenace cover it?

Any opinions/ideas welcome.

the rust is usually from the molding....

there's a steel insert which rusts out. this should be covered if your on warranty. easy fix. they run $35 +/- ea.
