Help with some codes...

18034 - Powertrain Data Bus: Missing Message from TCU

17834 - EVAP Purge Valve (N80): Open Circuit

17837 - Circuit for Brake Vacuum Pump: Open Circuit

18320 - Pressure Sensor for Brake Boost (G294): Short to Plus

I've gone over all harness connections, ecu swapped twice, triple checked all wiring. Searched high and low on all forums. The TCU thing gets me since it appears to be for TIP only, but I may be wrong.

VAC is at -15hg not -21 I am thinking it's booster related, but can't put my finger on it. The purge valve throws the code plugged in and not plugged in.

TCU? wtf. Isn't there a brake switch DTC? but that's just for autos, right?

That's what's blowing my mind. Been going over this since 2 left work....cough cough I'm sick...

Not other DTC's just those 4, well now. I was blowing fuse 34, but now that stopped and these are the only codes to remain. I clear and they come back instantly.

have you tried clearing them and see if they come back? sounds like a software flash issue or part

of the ECU isn't plugged in correctly.

the brake booster/suction pump might actually be broken. ~$25 at a dealer, and Holbert's had it in stock when I needed one.

Codes come back instantly. Pulled and cleaned connections.

You didn't switch ECu's?

Did you check to make sure your soft code is correct because if it has a code for a tip car it will throw that code.

I switched and soft codes appeared to be the same with both files. I could....

throw the Mbox that's stock 100% in and see what codes come up. It's throwing me for a loop.

Ecu's swapped, but there are different DTC's ecu to ecu. I need to put this file in another car and see what dtc's get thrown.

I think it's hardware not tuning.
