HELP ! suspension warranty has taken now over 8 weeks...
is this ridiculous or normal? I sent my blown shock from my Inrax coilovers purchased from SPP 9 weeks ago and they have not been replaced/fixed yet. I sent the shock to SPP who sent it to Intrax who sent the shock to Koni.
i have confirmed with intrax that koni has received the shock (so they say). Is koni really this bad with warrantying their products or is this just bad luck?
How long do you guys think i should have to wait before someone offers my a full refund??
Problem is, i can't buy individual springs and shocks...i would have to buy the entire set again.
