These are all replicas of Porsche wheels. You can easily change the center cap to a Porsche one if you want. Like I said if the wheel you saw on the VW looks like these, then chances are they're likely a replica.
It certainly is possible to put the Ruf wheel on your A4 through either redrilling or an adaptor:

Like dbtong said, you could get the ones for the Porsche front wheel, probably 7.5 to 8.5 in width and put that on your car. If the ET is 35 or 30, with a adaptor like that, lets assume it's 10mm, then your ET will be 25 to 20mm. Your wheels will stick out and your fender has to be rolled and extended to prevent rubbing.
