well sir,
you can get an HID kit for your headlights. The most expensive/effective route is to buy xenon housings, get oem ballast and bulbs.. voila.. 1500$ later and your set. Or you can turn your current headlights into HID.. they require a ballast and some other ****.. there are write ups on here of how to do it. I'm lazy and don't feel like searching (kind of like you)... so go find it.
Finally your fogs are a totally different issue.
They are a fvcking pain in the ***.. good luck, god speed, use search function, beware of the nate!
