Hmm... post-chipping question (sounds and what to do about it, if anything)
I just got an APR chip for my 2001 1.8T, and now under full throttle I get this rather audible sound like gas escaping from a balloon at a rapid rate. In stock mode, there's no sound like that. I mean, it doesn't just sound like the turbo spooling up faster, it sounds like a leak or something -- but only WOT in chipped mode. Is this what everyone is referring to as the bypass valve?

Most people say that the BPV problem sounds a bit like blowing over a coke bottle.
