New chip, probably will get better in time, get one that has free upgrades like Garrett

Is that a 17hp gain on <00' 150hp stock or 01' 170hp stock?

I'm assuming that this is for the 2001, as it says that they have a chip available as of 8/22/00. Since stock '01 is 170hp, you only get a 17hp gain.
