Spoke to a dealer rep. re: my constant problems with the A4 I own ('98)....he was not able to help me...How do I go about the arbitration process...where do I start, What do I send etc,....

Ask your local car dealer (any) for a state pamphlet on the lemon law, there should be a number (nt)
