Simple
1) Remove engine cover.
2) Remove coil packs. (5mm hex)
3) Remove plugs. (You'll need a 6" or 10" extension, plus a 5/8" spark plug socket.)
As for replacements, that's a bit of a debate. Some think stock are fine, some say that Denso Iridiums are the way to go.
