how do i remove the front bumper...

there is one little bolt in each of the wheel wells, toward the bottom front.
then there are two long bolts that are located behind the front grilles on your bumper. remove all 4 of those, and then the bumper kind of 'snaps' into place, so grab a corner and get to pulling! you really do need to use some force, and it is kind of scary to do it, but the bumper can put up with it.

doh! oh yeah....
make sure when after you get the driver's side part of the bumper off not to pull too hard. you have to disconnect your washer hose. there is a little 'c' clip that holds the two hoses together. just drain it into a bucket and you can always reuse it.

Pull down and out as hard as you can
once you take all the bolts off. It is really hard to get out. You have to pull down on the bumper, then towards you, then towards the front of the car.
