Self adjusting xenons only are supplied from the factory (unless you're agravic).
Otherwise, the housings have up/down and left/right adjusting dials on them.

acutally, the levelers only sense a change in the cars "levelness" and adjust the lights up/down
from that spot.
You could adjust with the white screws and point the light into the trees (like my dealer did when I asked them to set them). As far as the car is concerned, the lights are level. If I loaded up the trunk with a piano, and the car dips a bit, the lights would then compensate for the weight, but they'd still be pointing into the trees...
