How do you attach shift boot to shift knob....

How do you attach shift boot to shift ****....

For those who have a UUC short shifter and a MOMO Cobra shift ****, how did you connect the top of the boot to the ****. The plastic piece at the top of the shift boot doesn't fit over the UUC short shifter. Please help!

could do this...lift the boot up and use a ziptie to tighten to opening of the shift boot close to

the ****...that should work
