How do you put out hose clamp like this??

Hi.
I have a problem taking out hose clamp on the power steering fluid reservor.
The clamp doesn't have crew to tighten or losen it.
It seems that it has been cliped by some kine of device.
I tried to cut it, but it's very strong.
I have clamps which have screws to replace, I think I can break those if it's nessesary.
Anyone know how to take out???
<< It looks just like the one above.>>
Thank you.

You cut it. If you look carefully...
You'll see where the outer band latches onto the inner band with a little metal tab. If you put a small screwdriver there and pry the bands apart, it will pop off the clamp. These clamps are not re-usable so no need to worry about destroying it. Just be careful not to destroy the CV joint boot if you're going to re-use that.

see that tool they used to crimp? Well, there's a cutter tool that looks like it...
to pry or cut nails out. I found those the best to cut out that crimp. Position it 90 degrees from how that crimper tool is set, use some force and done.
If you use a small screwdriver, you might squish the pipe and damage the rubber P/S hose, but you can use it with some patience and brute force. You can also use a regular wire cutter to deform the crimp and get a larger screw driver in there. But then, there's the easier way

pincer

Can anyone tell me what the danger would be in using a stansard american hose clamp for the cv boot?
