Turn the ignition OFF. Then turn the radio OFF, then back ON using the radio ON/OFF button. As described in the owners manual for my 98.5

YMMV, depending on year/audio system.

There have been a number of studies showing that daytime lights reduce accidents. Especially, in Canada where people are use to seeing the lights you take a real chance of your A4 being clobbered if you turn them off.

I assumed that Satch wanted to listen to the radio without having the ignition (& therefore the DRLs) ON. Of course I also forgot about the 'Accessory' position.
