Default How long does Audi Sport Shocks last?

For the A4s with audi sport suspension... how long have you found these to last before needing to replace them?

I just changed mine at 120K miles, but there didn't seem to be anything wrong with them.

Default @64k ,ours are fine but the control arms are shot.

I think there made by Sachs(stamping on the side of the cyl.). I'll probably replace them with Bilsteins(Sports) when they go bad.

Default Typically, they will start to feel soft around 50K.

By 75K you're driving a cadillac, and by 100K they are worthless.

Default A friend of mine just replaced his at 40K (2001 A4) and they were shot.

He replaced them with grooved Bilsteins and H&R springs.

Cheers,
