How long should MAF & bypass valve install should take?
I am going to get my MAF & bypass valve replaced, was curious if anyone can estimate the time it will take? Thanks.

No, that's a realistic estimate.
Neither task is much harder than removing a plug from an electrical socket. However for most of use, the following is pretty typical.
Haul jack and jackstands out to car.
Put car up on stands.
Fiddle with the side "screws" for the belly pan.
Release remaining screws for the belly pan and remove.
Go back to house or toolbox to grab screwdriver.
Loosen clamps and fiddle with hoses while cursing.
Remove boost and return hose.
Return to toolbox/house to get another screwdriver or pliers to work the clamp off the vac line.
Struggle with vac line clamp before realizing you've loosened it sufficiently to yank the hose off.
Struggle with hoses...trying to get them over the lip on the inlet/outlet of the BPV.
Run back to house to get soapy water to lube BPV.
Install boost hoses over BPV.
Install vac line on BPV.
Fiddle with belly pan/screws attempting to replace it.
Lower car off the jackstands.
Then the MAF...held on by tamper proof torx bits? That'll require a trip to the store (or several stores) to acquire the right torx bit.
Honestly, 15 minutes is all it should take. But some of us work a little slower than others, and perhaps inefficiently or clumsily. So let's tell him it will take between 20 minutes and 1 hour 5 minutes + a possible trip to the hardware store if he hasn't lined up the correct tools. :-P
