Default I have seen people shifting into gears without pushing in the clutch.
I used to shift out of gear without the clutch then into gear with and this was at the drags.

Default It's called power shifting. Theoretically it's ok if you time it with the speed/revs perfectly......
never attempted it personally. Why **** around with your car like that?
