How quick is a 93 Supra Turbo?
He was stick and edged ahead of my 2.8M up to about 45 mph, then i started pulling away from there on till about 85 when i was ahead of him. i thought those cars were quicker.

This was an early 90s turbo 5 spd. he was shifing so hard and only had me by a little up to about 50. I had my girlfriend in the car yelling at me during all of this. Once i pushed ahead i slowed down quickly. I dont think the turbo Supra in its prime was ever too fast.

ha.. something was definitly wrong with his car.. (more)
I was following one once at 130mph..damm govener .. on a private road of course.. lol.. then he decided to embarrass me and punched it, leaving me in the dust.. HE WAS GONE!!! i never had a car pull away from me like that .. EVER.. no bimmer, or mustang..i was amazed with the POWER he had left..it was like racing a ninja at 0-60..oh i was in a 99' maxima which in my mind is somewhat fast...<p>Johnny A.

Supras are easily tuned to get over 450 horse
Less than 1000 on mods and supra reliably make 400+ rear wheel horsepower. Solution is to crank up the boost from 12 to 22 lbs. Our shop has lots of experience w/ supras and I have seen the dyno numbers.
