HSET on motorola car kit

HSET on motorola car kit
has anyone ever found a way to hook a privacy handset up to a motorola junction box, either for the v60, or t720 style phones. they have a 4-pin phone jack on the back of the junction box labeled "HSET". if i could find out the wiring, i could use my old nokia handset, it has four wires as well but a 8 pin jack.
