Simple speculation.
While I don't disagree that ebay parts are more likely than not garbage, that post simply attacks a random kit on appearance. The post is opinion rather than data based on testing.

There's a flood of cheaply cast Chinese turbos on the market/ebay... Turbo owners should be informed
