They happen to have a particular part in stock that another area dealer didn't have that I usually use at "my" dealer. So, I call them and the parts guy gives me flack about doing a parts search and how it's too much of a job for such a small part. Well, not to me! fothermuckers!

Default If they give you crap...

Try a VW dealer for parts.. They have alot of Audi parts in stock as well, if not, they can get them just a quick.

Default I know I can go somewhere else, that's not my point. "My" dealer was willing to do the parts search,

to find that Don Rosen had it, but I called Don Rosen's parts dept to find that it was ordered for another person. So, I asked if they could see if another dealer had the part. Well, of course not because that would mean that they'd lose the money on the parts. So, I asked them to order it for me. When the part comes in, I'll tell them that my dealer was willing to a SECOND search for me and found them some place else, which they did. F'ers.

Default Spring 02 @ the location of his old caddillac/subaru dealership :-) OR...you can leave

your "message" at the construction trailer...I'm sure he visits the site as often as he can.

Default nah, the construction crew will just be doing their job. I want to personally let him know how the

philly area feels about his Audi dealership and their money-hungry ways are affecting current Audi owners. I have heard from many, many other Audi owners as well as Porsche owners who have come away with the same feeling that I have for them; repugnance. Generally, I have a 3-strike rule, which applies to them. They struckout a long time ago with me. Now, every chance I get, I tell people my Don Rosen stories and let them decide if they want to go there or not. I don't tell people not to go, but I do tell them what they could encounter. Mainly, I have had problems with Bill Mathis, the Service Manager. The service itself has been excellent, minus the "wash" jobs they do.
