so the girl that backed into me...
i called her up because i wanted her license plate number
"hey, so just needed your plate number ...sorry"
her -"yeah no problem, so did you just want to pay me cash or what?"
me - "umm wtf? you hit my car, why would i pay cash?"
her - "well you said you were going to pay cash, i though you meant for my car"
me - "well.. yeah i was going to pay cash for my **** i didn't want to use my insurance.. wtf are you talking about"
her - "Well I have 2 witnesses that are willing to say that you hit my car!"
me - "well they can say whatever they want, the damage will speak for itself... your rear bumper is damaged.. my bumper/fender/headlight is damaged... obviously you hit the side of my car.. i have the right of way"

her - "zomg lolercopter im at work.. i can't talk right now"

umm ok

.......................................... i was trying to be nice and say "you take care of your damage (maybe $500).. i'll take care of my damage (3k)"
but now i may just file suit against her
