Hi folks,

I got a '98 Silver/Beige 2.8Q fully loaded!!!
Oh man, it runs great. I have been hesitating between 328i and A4
and test drove both of them and ended up with A4. I have to admit
328i has better performance and suspension but A4 has better
build quality, interior and QUATTRO!!! Actually, most of 328is that I have
test dirven had annoying rattle noise and I got pretty much every options
I need in my A4 at lower price. After I test drove an A4, I was quite
satisfied with its performance and handling, so I bought it.
Anyways, I have a couple of questions. Will 2001 17 inch sports wheel fit
into my A4? It looks way cooler than my 16 inch sports wheel.
And the dealer that I deal with offers me an extended warranty which
will give me 7 years/100,000 miles bumper to bumper with $50 deductible
for $2350. I tried several extended warranty providers on the internet with
similar coverage but non of them provided lower price. I read the whole
coverage paper and it's exactly the same as the factory warranty.
For now, I have 30 days/1,000 miles warranty, so I don't have to buy it
right now. I'd like to hear you guys' opinios. Actually, I feel like I don't have
to get an extended warranty 'cause my brother has owned his '95 A6 and it's
just hit 100,000 miles without any major problem. Does A4 make many
problems after 3 years/50,000 miles? My A4 has 42,500 miles on it.

the 2.8 at $1995. But that's without the quattro.
Warrantybynet also has pretty good prices although I haven't had personal experience with either.
