I got hold of a Vag-com. Anything particular I should look for that could cause low boost with s3 ?

I got hold of a Vag-com. Anything particular I should look for that could cause low boost with s3 ?
I have never used one of these damn things before so I have no clue what to look for.
The car runs well, but I only get 10 psi. Today at one point I saw it jump to 15 psi but I could not replicate it again.
Jaime was kind enough to give me the following blocks:
011, 003, 020,032.015 and 016. Anything else you guys can think of? I guess I can ask later what the values should be b/c I don't have a bentley manual.
Also, could warm air going to the intake lower boost levels? My air induction kit is not yet finished and for now it is sucking warm air from the engine.

warm air will not reduce boost that much.
actually, warmer air will cause higher boost levels (compare your boost levels in the winter to boost levels in the summer for example)

If you are only seeing 10psi peak I'd say you either have boost leak, an obstruction in your
exhaust or intake tract, or a bad MAF.
MAybe log 002 as well. I'd be interested in seeing the load and injector readings.
Get a reading on the MAF at idle and on a 3rd gear pull from ~2000rpm up to ~7000rpm.
