Default I got my new valeo E-code head lights today......

Are the bulbs that come with the head lights any good? If not sure which are the best? When I searched i heard good things about the phillips, but they are so damn expensive! Any info would be good, thanks in advance!

Don't bother glueing, it won't hold. Return or get a tab repair kit from the dealer.

Every dealer carries them, it's a common repair and the kit is pretty cheap

Default Uhh, even without insurance, he could (should) return it.

Assuming the tab was broken before he even unboxed them. Either the vendor didn't pack them well enough or the shipping company abused the package. Either way, it's the vendor's responsibility to make it right, IMO.
