I hope I have not irked too many on this forum since Tuesday.
AudiWorld has been my primary emotional outlet about the attack. Thank you all, and the moderators, for letting me express my opinions, and thank you all for sharing yours, whatever they may be.
This type of forum is a great reason to love america. Reading it over the last few days has brought me to the boiling point, to tears, and has instilled a greater since of pride for my country that I have never felt as a generation X'er. Importantly, it has allowed me to laugh, and has been a needed distraction at times from the ever present horrors played on radio and TV.
Thanks.

I was hoping it would start working its way back to the subject of cars again.
Not because I dont care about all this...in fact it has hit close to home for me, but having a chance to talk about something else is always welcomed, because too much is always too much...You do as the board does, but I hope the board returns to its roots... I love to dicuss all this, but its also nice to think about something simple and unimportant as a car now and then in times like this...my .02

True, and it is steadily shifting focus back. However......
during this time when we are all scrounging for tidbits of info and insight, I have found this forum much more informative and up to date than any of the media outlets, even discounting the 'non-confirmed' reports.
Plus, this forum is much more 'human' than the television and radio. The forum makes me sit and think, gather my thoughts, and release them in a more civilized and tempered manner than just getting pissed at the TV or a wall.
