Theres a damaged repairable. (salvagable) Skoda Fabia on Ebay.
If it stays cheap enuff it'll make a good lightweight home for my 1.8T.
i'm hoping it will fit i might have to swap it for a golf or TT motor.
K04 TT motor in a fabia woohoo.

dreams at the moment.

Default Not a bad plan...

I guess most people on this forum do not know much about the Fabia though...

Its a pretty nice car...a 1.8T engine in it is a great idea...good luck...

What VAG chassis does Skoda build the Fabia on? Same as A3/TT/Jetta/Golf?

Default The Fabia isn't that bad, I have driven it twice in the CR when visiting. The "upper level" ones

actually handle pretty well, considering their relatively simple suspensions. They are incredibly light in hatchback form. I can see where that thing would absolutely haul a$$ with a 1.8T. I'm just wondering about the trans and axle setup, because the stockers aren't gonna cut it even if you can make them fit.
