good response. I have everything off and the turbo moves. The banjo bolt for the coolant line is still on and theres no way to get it off where it is right now. I cannot get the turbo to pull out. The oil return line is snagged up and with two people we still cant get it.

I just lost my second and I dont know what to do. Any help is appreciated.
TIA

ps my number is 971 506 3890 if anybody thinks thats easier than the internet.

Default the coolant line to the block is just a soft rubber line...

its like the line top of the coolant resivor. Just use some vice grips to compress the clamp and then pull the rubber line off. When you do this coolant will probably come out. The way I have removed the oil line is probably not the best way but it has worked for me. Disconnect the line at the oil pan and make sure it is clear. Move the turbo to the left to clear the exhaust manifold and then give it a jerk upwards. If you have a second person I would have them watch the line but I've done it myself and been fine. Once you make it past that first few inches you can easily wiggle it out.

Default Thats the same writeup I'm using but hosted by a different site. It doesnt mention the last coolant

line. I guess I'll read it again.

Default i think oem is the clamp like the top of the coolant res...but anyway

on all my clamps in that area since space is tight I use a 1/4" socket wrench.

Mine was a crimp clamp like you'd find on the vac lines.
