Because at this time I have not had contact with GIAC.
Another thing is that you have posted over the last 7 months that your car does not run right, so why would I give you a race chip so you can beat on the car more if the car does not run 100%.

It is my car and my problem. I would jsut rather have the software in my possession rather than having to nag you about it like im doing right now.
