Default Ferodo make the OEM pads for the B5 A4.

They are also OEM parts for other manufacturers. I put pads on an '02 Jaguar X-Type a few days ago and they were made by Ferodo.

Cheers,

I always thought oem pads and rotors were made by ATE.

Default I picked up Audi pads from the stealer a few days ago....

and they were stamped Ferodo on the backing plate.

The last few times I got rotors from the dealer, they were indeed made by ATE.

Cheers,

Well, I did hear that Audi changed brake part suppliers a few years ago, so maybe that's it.
