Just something I want to say
Being a girl is tough when it comes to cars... People at the dealership don't want to listen to you, and people in general just don't pay attention to women who dig cars. I really like AudiWorld, cause everyone isn't trying to be better, and I really felt at home here. All this stuff is kind of humiliating. It's not like you guys all have to have your pics posted. I try to offer help as best I can, just like everybody else. I would like the same respect as everybody else too...

It is very rare for a woman to actually stick around here for more than a month or two. Obviously, as you stated, this is a predominantly male forum, and industry for that matter. Some of us get all giddy and excited when females start to post. I think some feel threatened and others feel the need to insult or impress. Take it with a grain of salt...please.
Just cuz some morons feel the need to make you feel self-conscious doesn't mean the rest of us feel that way. Give us a chance. We really are a close-knit community here and we like to joke around alot. Sometimes this gets out of hand and new-comers can take things the wrong way.
We need more people(girlies) like you here. And we(I) really do appreciate your participation.

I think most of the guys around here have a grasp on something problem is it's between their legs
they're just feeling threatened by Audigirl and as a result they over compensate by doubting and questioning if she's really a girl because there's NOOOO way a girl could really be into cars like that right guys?
Good lord...this reminds me of what went down when everyone was posting all that crap about the Speedvision girl...that crap was outtah control. Unfortunately I have to admit I had slung a little mud...but in the end I admitted as so many others had...I wouldn't have kicked her out of bed for eating crackers.
Give this chick a break...I'm sure she's for real, I for one appreciate the dynamic of having women around cars and such...don't scare her off...
