I don't see much of a problem buying from them, but the couple of time I used 'em for service, they seemed incompetent.......before you sign anything, call around to get a quote from the other area dealers......the best I got on an '01 avant with cold/prem/xen/bose/sport/sportseats/cool shades was 1000 over invoice...I went with a guy I got 1200 over invoice because that's where I plan to service the car (so I can at least have him jumpin thru hoops if problems come up)......every place I've heard good and bad about, so it's all relative<p>'01 1.8T Avant - India Red

Mattie Motors in Fall River. I paid $800 over
invoice in November 98, but it was end of year
and I wanted one of the cars that they had on
the lot, so I'm pretty sure that had something to
do with it. The nice thing was that I did just
about everything over the phone.

Clair let me walk out even though I had put in
an offer of $1700 over invoice for a car on their
lot. I think it may have been the salesperson that
I was dealing with, since recently (I use them for
service)as I was lusting over an A6 2.7T, the
sales manager came over and was willing to sell
it for about 41K (MY2000).

Brookline came in with an offer of $700 under
MSRP and wasn't willing to budge, so I walked.

I've heard good things about Rietzl in Norwell,
but they didn't have anything available when I
was shopping around. My previous company,
Haemonetics, used to get all their company cars
from Rietzl...yup an Audi was the standard
company car!
