Default many choices...just be sure to use a sport shock with whatever spring you decide on...

you will regret it shortly if you don't.

Default stock non sport shocks will be worn out very quickly with aftermarket springs...

they will not prvide adequate dampening. The ride will be to bouncy. So you will need to buy shocks within a year anyway and if you don't install them yourself..you will pay twice the labor you would by not having put them put in with your aftermarket springs. A lot of people on this forum say that even the OEM sport package shocks will not last with an aftermarket spring. Many end up upgrading their shocks to after some time.

Default Key here is: "they will not prvide adequate dampening"

Also the OEM shocks seem to soften up a good deal over time making the situation even less desirable.

I used new OEM sport shocks with the Audi accessory Eibach springs and even though Audi says they are a match, I found my rear had insufficient low frequency damping from the beginning and the high frequency damping deteriorated from acceptable to unacceptable withing about 8000 miles. The front sport shocks were better, but only good with lighter than stock wheels. When I put the A8 brake rotors (adds almost 3 pounds per wheel) on the car along with the OEM sport 16" wheels and winter tires (I use 18" SSR Integrals and Pilot Sport summer tires which weigh a couple pounds less) I felt the high frequency damping was insufficient.
