Probably because it was subtitled by an American who has never been to England.
I've spent a lot of time in London, and I've definitely heard it as "can really shovel" "it really shovels" etc. You might catch it this way in Euro car mags occassionally, too. I would just about bet that the reason it says "shove" is that the people who put it into print were as unsure about what was actually said as the rest of this board. I dunno...
