ICV question

I want to clean this the easy way. What should I use? BG Throttle Body Spray OR BG Air Intake System Cleaner?

I have a 97 2.8 that stalls when idle. I have seen Kris' page on how to clean the ICV, but I don't have any experience with cars, and I don't want to screw anything up!

you wont screw things up. Just do what he states on the website and you should be fine.
