If I were to purchase a kit such as this....
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/41153/euro_lights.jpg"></center><p>It is the City light kit for European Xenon Housings from ECS...would it work on my non-xenon ecodes? What exactly would i have to do to wire them?

how much is that kit. it better be damn cheap. the bulbs are different, so no it wouldnt work for
non xenon. all you need to do to wire them is, find a 12v power source, and thenstick it into the correct pin for the city lights.
