If I'm too lazy to part out the mods on my car... would $14k be reasonable?

I don't even know if I'm going to sell my car yet or not. I was going to give my car to my cousin, but he sounds like he wants something cheap to maintain, so I might end up selling my car to buy him a new Kia or something similar.
Anyway, my car is a:
99.5 A4 1.8T Quattro w/ Opal Gray interior
- Factory sport seats w/ heated seats
- 3 spoke steering wheel w/ tiptronic controls
- Ski bag
- Moon roof
- Trip Computer
57k miles.
- Things scheduled for change at the end of August: Timing Belt, Waterpump, new A8 Front Brakes with Hawk HPS pads, new OEM rear brakes w/ PBR Ceramic pads.
- H&R Sport Springs + Koni Shocks installed at 33k miles
- APR Chipped since 30k miles
- Brullen Downpipeback Exhaust
- Euro HID's w/ SPP 50W ballasts
- EVOMS air intake
- Greddy Turbo Timer & Escort Passport 8500 Hardwired
- Harman Kardon Traffic Pro w/ Infinity Kappy components in front, and Kappa CoAx's in rear
- Nakamichi 12 inch sub in sealed box in trunk
- S4 bumper
- 17 X 8 BBS RK's w/ 225 45 17 Falken 512's since 8k miles ago + full sized RK spare
* I guess another thing that is very important is that the car is warrantied by warrantybynet to 100k miles, $0 deductible. Basically the best plan they have, and it will last until March of 2009.
Edmunds (which tends to be more realistic than KBB) values my car at ~ $12500.
With the warranty and all the mods above, do you think I could sell my car for around $14k?

Good luck
I think you'll be lucky to get more than 12.5k. Mods generally aren't worth squat unless you're selling to someone who's specifically after those mods AND they also like your car.
If you get anything close to $14k, thank the gods, have a few beers, and consider yourself lucky.
Cheers,
