I'm going to kill a kid!
Just looked out the window to find the neighbor kid "dusting" my car with a broom! I'm getting really pissed with the irresponsibility of parents in this neighborhood.
Sorry, I need to get this out and better here than ripping into an 8 year old.

Sounds like he liked your car
...and was probably trying to clean it off for you.
I agree that by now he should have been taught not to mess with other people's property, and that brooms scratch paint.
I wouldn't recommend killing him though. That would just put you in jail, and your car would still be scratched.

a few years back i saw this thing
they had this anti theft thing when someone got too clos to your car it would shoot flames out of the sides....I think you need that

Kidding, I was kidding. And yes, he said he was trying to clean it....
His parents have told him, and the rest of the neighborhood brats to stay away from our cars (we clean them 3 times a week so it's pretty obvious). He's outside now being lectured. If it sounds like I'm not a "kid person", you're right, I don't have the patience.
