I'm going to run a vac line over the turbo... Should I give the auto parts store type rubber hose a

try or just order some silicone hose right away...
Burnt rubber does not smell good...

You should probably route it so it does not go over the turbo.

Rubber is fine, if you go silicone make sure to get some that is reinforced

other wise it can expand. Also dont run it over the turbo, even the compressor housing gets very hot.
