Interesting website about turbo's......
...stumbled upon this website a few minutes ago. Looks like an interesting website that might help folks understand how a turbo functions.

Very Interesting..It may answer a questions I have..Andy may know answer ...
The BOV...does this explain why there is a very small delay of low power immediately after shifting..then car begins to pull again...the turbo is taking a small amount of time to respool? It is very slight..less than a second...some might not even notice it.
