Keep in mind it's a 3 of a kind SC setup with an IC. Yes he will definitely have to wait for a buyer

But I think the price is fair.

i knew about it before i even posted the for sale ad. i posted a feeler post about it the other day. if i really want to sell it quick, then i would part it out. but right now i really dont want to do that. if it dont sell then i'll probably part it out.
