I cant seem to get the bulb out of the black plastic socket. It seems its wedged in there pretty good and i cant get a good enough grip to pull it out with my hand....and i also dont want to grip too hard for fear that the bulb will shatter.

Any tips for removing the bulb?? Going to put a red bulb in it, rather than the orangey bulb condom supplied with the gauge.

Sorry dont know how to remove the buld, but would like to know from where and how much did you pay for it. Oh is is in psi or bar?

just twist and pull out...that is how i took my friend out=)

I'm in Canada, so i got killed by the duty n stuff.... but it still came out a bit cheaper than what i found it for here.

The one i got is the 4303...shows boost up to 30psi and vac up to 30In Hg. U can do a search and find some pics of it.....or if u want, let me know and i'll go and snap some for you.

no, i got the black socket out as you described, but cant remove the bulb from the socket..ne ideas?
