Easy.Click on "Post Picture". Drag the mouse over the picture you want and click on it.

Go to your address bar and highlight the URL and right click you mouse and select copy.Go back to your post and place your mouse pointer in the empty box to the right of "Optional Image URL:" and click. At this point ,right click and select "Paste".Click Post reply and you're done.This is for single images. Multiple images in one post is different but we'll get to that later.
