just got my 2001.5 black (clear coat)/black a4 !!!!!!
finally, after months and months of waiting I'm in one of the most beautiful cars out there. Those 17 RS4 style rims are soooooooooooooooo nice! Some really quick impressions over my old 2001:
Car came with a video! neat...I gotta figure out someone who has a VCR to play it
Asked dealer not to install the from license plate...sooo much nicer in front now, not to mention it's going to be 100x easier to clean the front bumper now
Bose is great, I dunno if there's more power or not. The manual still says 210 watts. The system has some really good bump on CD's...do NOT judge the bose on radio!
sedans are MUCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH faster than dodge minivans (nicer too!)
the 17's give you WAYY more feel of the road. Little thing I noticed...you definitely feel the curve imperfections of the road (up/down)...and the tires follow grooves a lot more than the 55 profile tires on the 16" sports. But, you don't feel tiles on the road...pretty weird. I know in the minivan I was driving you could feel AND hear when there were those decorative tiles glued to the pavement, but not on these 17's. For the curious, mine came with Michelin Pilot Sport 225/45/ZR17s
